Steadfast and Bold — Xindeco IoT 2022 Year-End Summary and Employee Recognition Ceremony Concludes Successfully

Time Flows, Years Renew. On January 13, 2023, Xiamen Xindeco IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xindeco IoT”) held its 2022 Year-End Summary and Employee Recognition Ceremony under the theme “Steadfast and Bold—Sailing Forward with Courage”. Xu Shouhui, General Manager of Xiamen Information Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Zhang Shaoqun, Deputy General Manager, attended the event. The meeting focused on a high-level review of overall performance, recognition of outstanding contributions, and setting a clear direction for 2023.

The ceremony opened with a video reviewing the past year, showcasing the dedication and resilience of Xindeco IoT employees. Despite challenges such as chip shortages and internal and external risks in 2022, the team worked together to overcome obstacles and achieve remarkable business results.

Following the video, heads of centers and departments presented their 2022 work summaries, identified issues and shortcomings, proposed corrective measures, and outlined detailed plans and objectives for 2023.

Newly appointed Deputy General Manager Shi Zibin delivered a keynote speech, focusing on the strategic planning of the Production Center and Technology Center. He introduced the “One Core, Two Wings” development plan, emphasizing that production capacity, training systems, and technical upgrades would advance in parallel. By leveraging the complementary strengths of production and technology, the company aims to achieve accelerated growth even amid an uncertain market environment.

Xindeco IoT has nurtured a group of employees who are highly skilled, dedicated, and innovative, as well as teams that demonstrate outstanding performance and efficient management. During the ceremony, company leadership recognized the 2022 outstanding employees and teams for their contributions and encouraged all staff to continue striving for excellence in their roles, making even greater contributions to the company.

This year, Xindeco IoT also received the 2022 “Top Ten Collectives” award from C&D Holdings and the 2022 “Outstanding Team” award from Xindeco Co., Ltd., celebrating dual recognition for excellence.

“Those who start sharply must also plan for the finish; those who succeed first envision the beginning,” said Executive Deputy General Manager Wen Guoping. He emphasized that 2023 marks the first year of fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. With new goals and visions, the company will adopt a proactive approach—“hit the ground running and tackle decisive challenges from the outset”—to ensure a strong start, secure early wins, and strive for continued success throughout the year.

In closing, General Manager Xu Shouhui summarized the company’s achievements in 2022 and outlined the 2023 work plan. He noted that past successes were attributed not only to proactive risk management, strategic pricing, and product structure adjustments but, most importantly, to Xindeco IoT’s resilient and capable team—able to turn the impossible into possible, confront challenges head-on, and achieve victory.
