On the afternoon of January 18, 2022, Xindeco IoT held its 2021 Annual Work Meeting and Brand Strategy Upgrade Ceremony under the theme “Joining Forces for Change, Creating the Future.” The meeting reviewed the company’s achievements throughout 2021, assessed emerging opportunities and challenges in the new era, and officially unveiled Xindeco IoT’s latest brand strategy.

During the meeting, heads of various centers and departments presented comprehensive summaries of their 2021 performance, identified challenges, proposed improvement measures, and laid out detailed plans and priorities for 2022.

At the conclusion of the event, Xu Shouhui, General Manager of Xindeco Information Technology Group and Xindeco IoT, summarized the year’s work and officially announced the company’s upgraded brand strategy. Reflecting on 2021, Xu highly praised the company’s achievements:
"Through party-building initiatives, Xindeco IoT has been honored with numerous awards, including 'Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Xiamen,' 'Outstanding Party-Building Brand of the Xiamen SASAC,' and 'Outstanding Party-Building Brand of the C&D Holdings System.' When Xiamen faced the COVID-19 outbreak, our 43-member volunteer team stepped up to the frontlines, manning checkpoints at the Xiang’an highway entrance for 23 consecutive days in rotating shifts, solidifying pandemic prevention efforts. In 2021, Xindeco IoT not only maintained high-quality revenue but also achieved remarkable results in technological innovation. Moving forward, we must continue to attract talent and strengthen core R&D capabilities to support the company’s high-quality growth through technology."
Xu also offered guidance for the new era: maintain humility and a learning mindset, acknowledging that past success does not guarantee future results; cultivate gratitude and courage, recognizing problems as learning opportunities and taking responsibility as a path to growth; and encourage everyone to embrace challenges, viewing difficulties as opportunities and perseverance as an asset.
